The supplications of Imam Sajjad (AS), characterized by eloquent language and conceptually accessible content, promote justice, perseverance, unity, and social reform. They serve as effective cultural-spiritual instruments in shaping collective identity and religious legitimacy. This study aims to identify and explain the components of soft power within the supplications of Al-Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya to establish the necessary foundations for the acquisition of power in religious governance. Employing a thematic content analysis method, the research addresses the following question: What are the components of soft power from the perspective of Al-Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya? The hypothesis posits that while institutionalizing a profound human-divine connection within society, the Sahifa offers religious governance the essential groundwork for attaining soft power. Findings indicate that these components are classifiable into four levels: individual, social, executive, and military. The purposeful interconnection among these levels acts as a driving force for attitudinal change and social transformation, thereby providing the basis for the institutionalization and effective realization of soft power. Moreover, soft power and individual insight across various domains significantly contribute to personal growth and guidance. By presenting a specific conceptual model, this article delineates how these variables reinforce collective identity and religious legitimacy in an Islamic society.
