چکیده
پس از انقلاب اسلامی، حرکات جهادی و عرصه‌های علمی موجود در حوزه‌های گوناگون سخت و نرم بود که انقلاب را از حیث نظری و عملی بهینه نمود و روز به روز بر موج حامیان مقاومت و انقلاب اسلامی افزود. در این میان، مرعوب بودن قشر فرهنگی و خواص جامعه در برابر پروژه قدرت نرم غرب، از جمله خطرهایی است که سبب تخریب بسیاری از دستاوردهای اعتقادی جامعه خواهد شد. در برابر هجمه‌های پیوسته غرب در تهاجم فرهنگی تا زمانی که حکومت دینی به سمت مبدل شدن به قدرت نرم منطقه-ای و جهانی حرکت نکند، حرکت‌های داخلی منفعلانه خواهد بود. بر اساس این ضرورت، نگارنده در این اثر با روشی توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به بررسی زیرساخت‌های تحقق قدرت نرم در حکومت دینی روی آورده و در نهایت بدین نتیجه رسیده است تبدیل شدن به قدرت نرم، از شناسایی و باور داشتن به ظرفیت‌های داخلی نشأت می‌گیرد و اگر مسئولین در حکومت دینی، گرفتار غرب‌زدگی باشند، قادر نیستند طراحی کلانی برای آینده نرم جامعه داشته باشند. این طراحی باید مهاجمانه و با تکیه بر آرمان‌ها و روش‌های داخلی باشد و نگاه طراحان آن نیز معطوف به درون نباشد و عرصه‌های جهانی را مورد توجه قرار دهند.

Abstract
After the Islamic Revolution, the jihadist movements and scientific fields in various fields were hard and soft, which optimized the revolution theoretically and practically, and increased the wave of supporters of the resistance and the Islamic Revolution day by day. In the meantime, the intimidation of the cultural stratum and the properties of the society against the project of the soft power of the West are among the dangers that will cause the destruction of many of the beliefs of the society. In the face of the West's constant attacks on cultural aggression, internal movements will be passive until the religious government moves towards becoming a regional and global soft power. Based on this necessity, in this work, the author has studied the infrastructures of exercising soft power in religious government in a descriptive-analytical manner and has finally come to the conclusion that becoming a soft power, from recognizing and believing in internal capacities. It arises, and if the authorities in the religious government are plagued by Westernization, they will not be able to have a grand plan for the soft future of society. This design should be aggressive and based on internal ideals and methods, and its designers should not look inward and pay attention to global arenas.
