چکیده

تحولات اخیر موسوم به بیداری اسلامی که درخاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا در جریان است، به دلیل اهمیت مناطق مذکور، تمام بازیگران قدرتمند بین المللی و منطقه‌ای سعی در تأثیرگذاری بر این تحولات مطابق دیدگاه های مبتنی بر امنیت و منافع ملی خود دارند؛ لذا ج.ا.ایران نیز از این امر مستثنی نخواهد بود، چراکه از یک سو نقش الهام بخشی در شکل‌گیری این تحولات داشته و از سوی دیگر به عنوان یکی از قدرتمندترین بازیگران منطقه با ماهیت اسلامی و فراملی انقلاب اسلامی خواهان افزایش نفود خود در راستای عملی ساختن اهداف سیاست خارجی خود می‌باشد. سوالی که مقاله حاضر قصد دارد به آن بپردازد این است که ج.ا.ایران به عنوان مهم ترین کشور تأثیرگذار در شکل گیری این موج عظیم، چگونه و از طریق چه ابزاری باید سیاست خارجی خود را تنظیم نماید تا حداکثر بهره‌برداری را از جریانات کنونی به سود گسترش هر چه بیشتر نفوذ، منافع، آرمان‌ها، ارزش‌های اسلامی و در مجموع افزایش ضریب امنیت ملی خود ببرد و همچنین مانع از منحرف ساختن بیداری اسلامی از مسیر اصلی خود و مصادره این حرکت‌های مردمی و اسلامی از سوی ابرقدرت‌ها به ‌ویژه آمریکا گردد. در این راستا فرضیه مقاله حاضر، تمرکز به روی قدرت نرم، دیپلماسی رسانه ای و استفاده مطلوب از شاخص‌های بارز آن داشته که بطور حتم مولفه یاد شده یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزار کاربردی سیاست خارجی در جهت دست‌یابی به اهداف نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران می باشد

ABSTRACT

Recent developments called the Islamic awakening that are underway in the Middle East and North Africa due to the importance of the aforementioned areas, all powerful international actors and the region try to influence these developments in accordance with their national security and national interests; therefore, J.
