چکیده

موضوع قدرت مورد توجه متخصصین جغرافیای سیاسی و سیاستمداران هست، جغرافیا یکی از عوامل قدرت در نظرات متخصصین مذکور بوده که با تأثیر بر سیاست، اقتصاد، فرهنگ و ... بر قدرت ملی تأثیر دارند این عوامل قدرت بر قدرت نرم کشورها تأثیرگذارند. رودها به عنوان یکی از عوامل جغرافیایی مهم در کم و کیف قدرت ملی کشورها تأثیر دارند. کشورمان در سالهای اخیر به دلیل تغیر اقلیم، خشکسالی، تحریم، نیاز به استقلال غذایی، توسعه و اشتغال پایدار برای مناطق مرزی غرب کشور و ... ، طرح های مهار آب رودهای غرب کشور را انجام داده و می دهد. هدف این پژوهش واکاوی اثرات طرح های مهار آب رودهای غرب کشور بر قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ابعاد مختلف هست. در این پژوهش تلاش شده به این سوال پاسخ داده شود که اثر مهار آب رودخانه های غرب کشور بر قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران چگونه است؟ این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده و شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای است نتایج نشان می دهد طرحهای مهار رودهای غرب کشورمان می تواند بر قدرت نرم کشورمان در ابعاد داخلی و خارجی اثرات مثبت و منفی داشته باشد. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده نیاز به مدیریت عالمانه ای را می طلبد که در این راستا پیشنهادهای ارائه می شود.

The issue of power is considered by political geography experts and politicians. Geography is one of the factors of power in the opinions of these experts that affect national power by affecting politics, economy, culture, etc. These factors affect the soft power of countries. Rivers as one of the important geographical factors have an effect on the quality of national power of countries. In recent years, due to climate change, drought, sanctions, the need for food independence, development and sustainable employment for the western border areas of the country, etc., our country has been carrying out water control projects in the western rivers of the country. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of water control projects in the western rivers of the country on the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in various dimensions. In this study, an attempt has been made to answer the question of what is the effect of water control of rivers in the west of the country on the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran? This research is done by descriptive-analytical method and is a method of collecting library information. The results show that the plans to control the rivers in the west of our country can have positive and negative effects on the soft power of our country in internal and external dimensions. Based on the results, it requires the need for wise management, in which suggestions are provided.
