چکیده

مفهوم قدرت ملی بعد از فروهشتن نظام دو قطبی دوران جنگ سرد و متعاقب آن، شکل گیری واحدهای سیاسی مستقل (دولت – ملت) نمود بارزتری یافته است. قدرت ملی، تعین بخش اهداف و مصالح ملی هر واحد سیاسی است؛ زین سان، امروزه در پهن دشت سیاست جهانی، هرگونه تحولی در قدرت ملی، تحول در اهداف ملی را در پی خواهد داشت. در دهه های اخیر، گفتمان اصول گرایی دینی به عاملی مؤثر در عرصه روابط بین الملل تبدیل شده است که بر اساس آن، «دیانت» در تسلسل و پیوند تنگاتنگی با «سیاست» و «قدرت» قرار گرفت؛ به دیگر سخن، رویکرد دینی در عرصه روابط بین الملل سبب ساز برسازی فضای اندیشه ورزی و کنش گری جدید و متمایز شده است. این گفتمان، برجسته ساز این معناست که فرهنگ سازی از طریق تغییر در مبانی هنجاری مسلط پیشین و خلق معانی بدیع، می تواند منجر به استحاله یِ اوضاعِ مادیِ جهانی شود. با توجه به این مسایل نظری، نگارندگان در نوشتار حاضر با کاربست روش تحلیل محتوا و تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه ای و اسنادی، به واکاوی مفهومی و نظری قدرت ملی بر اساس بررسی نظریه های داخلی و خارجی، شناخت مؤلفه ها و شاخصه ها و ابعاد آن بپردازد. یافته پژوهش حاضر بیان می دارد که از وادی و رویکرد دینی، اثرگذارترین عامل بر قدرت ملی دولت ها، «اتحاد ملی» و اتحاد «انسانیت» انسان هاست.

the concept of national power has become more pronounced after the collapse of the bipolar system during the Cold War and the subsequent formation of independent political units (nation-state). National power is the determination of the national goals and interests of each political unit; Zin Sun, today in the vast plain of world politics, any change in national power will lead to a change in national goals. In recent decades, the discourse of religious fundamentalism has become an influential factor in the field of international relations, according to which "religion" was placed in a series and closely linked with "politics" and "power"; In other words, the religious approach in the field of international relations has led to the construction of a new and distinctive space for thinking and acting. This discourse highlights the meaning that culture-building can lead to the transformation of the material world by changing the dominant normative foundations of the past and creating new meanings. According to these theoretical issues, the authors in the present article, using the method of content analysis and relying on library and documentary sources, to conceptual and theoretical analysis of national power based on the study of internal and external theories, knowledge of its components and characteristics and dimensions. To pay. The findings of the present study indicate that from the valley and religious approach, the most influential factor on the national power of governments is "national unity" and "unity" of human beings.
