Abstract
Justice has a special place in religious thought. Foundation of the world based on justice and messengers and agents to advertise its realization in the range of all dimensions of human life-have. Despite the lofty mission that innate tendency to justice and the duty of Muslims to the public, in particular the responsibility of the Islamic government is established. Historical studies indicate that at some point in history, intrusive and sometimes self-proclaimed states as Isis with false principles and wrong ways of justice, equity and violent Islamic extremism had become inhuman. Takfiri groups that use violence and terror to achieve justice and said the ousted leaders who do not govern them according to the true Islam, is an Islamic duty. Theoretical discourse products, the three elements of "sovereignty of God", "ignorance of the world and the world of Islam" and "jihad" is. The present article is descriptive-analytic method of thought takfiri extremist political foundations as the most important obstacles to the realization and development of Islamic justice they claim to explain and to negotiate.
