Dear authors, you can use Samimonour system (click) to detect and send similarity report to the quarterly. They are also expected to send the PDF report of the similarity received directly from Samimonour system to the quarterly (20% similarity should be reported).


According to the new instructions, all respected authors should also submit the conflict of interest form and the ethical commitment form along with the attached files of submission. Thus, the submission review process will be subject to the completion and submission of the afro-mentioned forms.

The Scientific Quarterly of the soft power studies follows scientific ethics and publishing under international copyright law and the International Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
