Abstract
Islamophobia (or more precisely ‘unfounded fear, prejudice and discrimination towards Islam and Muslims’) is often thought to be an unquestionable truth but that’s not correct at all. Although the majority of scholars with abundant evidence insist on the existence of such a serious problem in the west, but there are a few researchers who have suspicions about this claim. They call Islamophobia a conspiracy theory which invented by radical Muslims as a discursive weapon intended to silence well-justified critique of Islamic practices and dogmas. Generally, inattention to these views is one of the limitations of this scholarship while Islamophobia has always been a hotly contested term in social science. So in this article, we will discuss and analyze Islamophobia in the western Media from the viewpoint of critics and deniers.
