The main question is how can scientific cooperation and knowledge exchange help increase Iran's international influence and status? The hypothesis is that the development and effective use of science diplomacy can act as an efficient tool in promoting the country's soft power and increase international trust and credibility. By analyzing the concepts of soft power and science diplomacy, Iran's scientific capacities and existing challenges, this study attempts to explain the role of this tool in Iran's foreign policy. The results show that by strategically utilizing scientific cooperation, exchange of elites and development of research infrastructure, Iran can create a more positive image in the global arena and expand its cultural and scientific influence. As a result, this article emphasizes the importance of science diplomacy as a key approach in Iran's foreign policy and suggests that policymakers can strengthen the country's soft power and enhance its international status by focusing on the development of this area. در این پژوهش، نقش استراتژیک دیپلماسی علمی در تقویت قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران بررسی می‌شود. سوال اصلی این است که چگونه همکاری‌های علمی و تبادل دانش می‌تواند به افزایش نفوذ و جایگاه بین‌المللی ایران کمک کند؟ فرضیه این است که توسعه و بهره‌برداری مؤثر از دیپلماسی علمی، می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری کارآمد در ارتقای قدرت نرم کشور عمل کند و اعتماد و اعتبار بین‌المللی را افزایش دهد. این پژوهش با تحلیل مفاهیم قدرت نرم و دیپلماسی علمی، ظرفیت‌های علمی ایران و چالش‌های موجود، سعی دارد نقش این ابزار را در سیاست خارجی ایران تبیین کند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که با بهره‌گیری استراتژیک از همکاری‌های علمی، تبادل نخبگان و توسعه زیرساخت‌های پژوهشی، ایران می‌تواند تصویر مثبت‌تری در عرصه جهانی ایجاد و نفوذ فرهنگی و علمی خود را گسترش دهد. در نتیجه، این مقاله بر اهمیت دیپلماسی علمی به عنوان یک رویکرد کلیدی در سیاست خارجی ایران تأکید می‌کند و پیشنهاد می‌دهد که سیاست‌گذاران با تمرکز بر توسعه این حوزه، می‌توانند قدرت نرم کشور را تقویت و جایگاه بین‌المللی خود را ارتقاء دهند https://www.spba.ir/article_240626_c9674a23e4bcd01b01e9aa987198d060.pdf
