In this historical confrontation, the story of war often begins with a few excuses or even no excuses and continues and finally ends with a multitude of sorrow, loss, anguish and loss of people.<br>Regardless of the disasters and unfortunate consequences of war, what is most worthy of reflection and hesitation is paying attention to the basis and core of ideas or theories that come up with the guise of a way to save and get out of the crisis and pave their way as a path-breaking theory, and without any analysis and examination of the reasons and justifications for proposing these ideas and theories, they sit happily among many theoretical and epistemological foundations of the humanities, without being criticized or surgically examined.<br>Meanwhile, the doctrine of peace through power, or in other words, peace through force (imposed peace), is one of the ideas that logically has inherent inconsistency and inconsistency within itself.<br>The following article, in a descriptive-analytical manner and assuming the occurrence of a state of war between two or more countries, aims to reveal the inherent and practical inconsistencies of the doctrine of peace by resorting to force, considering the conceptual details of power and the mutual effectiveness of power and rights, and to proceed towards proving the claim that the aforementioned doctrine, rather than being an idea for good قرن حاضر بیش از هر زمان و مقطع تاریخی دیگر، ناظر و گواه آغاز نبردهایی با طعم تعصب کور و لجاجت بر سر ایده های کودکانه و بی فرجام بوده است. در این مصاف تاریخی، داستان جنگ غالبا با اندک بهانه‌‌ای یا حتی بی بهانه آغاز می‌شود و با انبوهی از اندوه و خسران و هجران و فقدان آدمیان، ادامه و سرانجام پایان می‌یابد. فارغ از آفات و پیامدهای ناگوار جنگ، آنچه بیش از همه در خور تأمل و درنگ دارد، توجه به مبنا و کنه ایده‌ها یا نظریه‌هایی است که با پوشش راهی برای نجات و برون رفت از بحران به میان می آیند و راه خود را به مثابه یک نظریه راهگشا باز می کنند و بی هیچ واکاوی و وارسی دلایل و توجیهات طرح این ایده ها و نظریات، در میان بسیار مبانی نظری و معرفتی علوم انسانی، خوش می نشینند بی آنکه نقد و جراحی شوند. در این میان، دکترین صلح از طریق قدرت یا به عبارتی صلح از رهگذر زور (صلح تحمیلی)، از جمله ایده‌هایی است که به لحاظ منطقی واجد ناسازگاری و ناهمخوانی ذاتی در درون خود است. مقاله پیش رو، به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی و با فرض وقوع وضعیت جنگی میان دو یا چند کشور، بر آن است تا ناسازگاری‌های ذاتی و عملی دکترین صلح با توسل به زور را، با نظر به دقایق مفهومی قدرت و اثر پذیری‌ قدرت و حقوق بر هم، بازنماید و در جهت اثبات این مدعا پیش رود که دکترین یاد شده، بیش از آنکه ایده ای https://www.spba.ir/article_233551_a68e938e274c0524112776c05ae39f57.pdf
