This article is the result of a research entitled "The role of new information technologies in future wars and possible future war with America". The purpose of this research is to explain the role of new information technologies in future wars and their functions. In this article, by collecting information through library and field methods and interviewing experts, with a practical approach, he analyzed the data by relying on theoretical issues and comparative studies, and by explaining the role of modern information technologies in future wars, it shows Innovation in the form of a new weapon, a new source of energy or a new means of communication has caused serious changes in future wars by modifying the doctrine, organization and military strategy. <em>     </em>طراحی و به­کارگیری اصول، شیوه­ها، تدابیر و تمهیدات اطلاعاتی از جمله ضروریات بی­بدیل و غیرقابل جایگزین در عملیات­های رزمی و اطلاعاتی به شمار رفته که رعایت و به­کارگیری آن هر چند ممکن است پیروزی قطعی را تضمین ننماید اما به طور قطع عدم توجه و رعایت نکردن آن ناکامی و شکست حتمی را در­پی خواهد داشت. بنابراین ضروری می­نمایدکه تمام مراحل فعالیت­های نظامی و اطلاعاتی،در عرصه­های مختلف محیط جنگ آینده، در زمین، هوا، فضا، دریا و فضای سایبری، در بستر نگرش اطلاعاتی و باور به ضرورت رعایت اصول و تمهیدات امنیتی انجام پذیرد تا دست­یابی به اهداف راهبردی وکسب پیروزی با ضریب قطعیت بیشتری میسور گردد. این نوشتار حاصل پژوهشی باعنوان «نقش فناوری های نوین اطلاعاتی  در جنگ های آینده و جنگ احتمالی آینده با آمریکا» می‌باشد. که هدف این پژوهش تبیین نقش فناوری های نوین اطلاعاتی در جنگ های آینده و کارکردهای آنها می باشد. در این نوشتار با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و مصاحبه با خبرگان، با رویکرد کاربردی، داده‌ها را با اتکاء بر موضوعات نظری و مطالعات تطبیقی، تحلیل نموده، و با تبیین نقش فناوری های نوین اطلاعاتی در جنگ های آینده نشان می دهد فناوری‌های نوین به صورت یک سلاح جدید، یک منبع انرژی جدید یا یک وسیله ارتباطی جدید همگی موجب شده‌اند که با اصلاح دکترین، سازمان و استراتژی نظامی، جنگ های آینده را دچار تحولات جدی می نماید. https://www.spba.ir/article_129418_9d0d592b01bec9d41e69ba3a0acc8ee8.pdf
