چکیده

مقاله پیش‌رو با مدنظر قرار دادن سیاست زدگی در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی به عنوان یک عارضه سازمانی یا به مفهوم دقیق‌تر مهم‌ترین آسیب در این سازمان‌ها، در ابتدا تلاش می‌ورزد مفهوم سیاست زدگی در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی را مورد بررسی عملیاتی قرار دهد. در ادامه، پیش‌آیندهای سیاست زدگی یا به عبارت دیگر بسترهای وقوع سیاست زدگی مورد مطالعه قرار می‌گیرد. سؤال اصلی که نویسندگان در این مقاله به دنبال پاسخ‌گویی به آن با اتکا به پژوهش میدانی به روش نظریه داده بنیاد با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه عمیق و هم‌چنین منابع ثانویه می‌باشند این است که «پیش‌آیندهای (بسترهای وقوع) سیاست زدگی در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی چه است؟» پیش از پاسخ‌گویی به این سؤال، لازم می‌نماید که نویسندگان به این مسئله پاسخ دهند که اساساً «سیاست زدگی اطلاعات به چه معناست و مفهوم آن چیست؟» نویسندگان در نهایت 17 عامل که در مجموع بسترهای سیاست زدگی اطلاعات به شمار می‌روند را اکتشاف و شناسایی می‌نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Intelligence agencies by providing unique and timely information to policy makers (politicians) through data and information from overt and covert sources participate in the governance and management affairs. In this article antecedents of politicization or the politicization of the substrates is studied. There is essential information for policy formulation, (policy) efficient or strategic. Since it is based on a comprehensive assessment, information is considered as power, so it can be accessed actors in the field of power, privilege and mastery in their victory over the other competitors to be considered.The main questions that the authors seek to answer it by relying on the field research by theory grounded and by using of in-depth interviews and secondary sources are the "antecedents (substrates occurrence) politicization of intelligence, what is?" Before responding to this question, it is necessary and important that the authors respond that essentially "politicization information What does it mean and what is its meaning?"
