چکیده

حزب ازباب فریضه امربه معروف ونهی ازمنکر،ازجایگاه فقهی ودینی برخورداراست وازطرف دیگر،دارای پایگاه عقلی ومردمی،تحت عناوین اجتماعات وتشکلهای سیاسی می باشد وبه همین دلایل درجمهوری اسلامی ایران، از جمله ،جلوه های عینی آزادی عقیده ،بیان و نماد مردم سالاری دینی وازمؤلفه های دینی وملی قدرت نرم، به شمارمی آید وازمصادیق وتضامین حقوق سیاسی مردم وحافظ ومروج احکام دین اسلام،خواهدبود.این پژوهش که باهدف،تبیین کارکردهای نظارتی حزب ونقش آن برقدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی وبه روش تحلیل محتوای کتابخانه ای تدوین شد.ازنگاه اسلام ،نظریات حضرت امام خمینی(ره) و قوانین ومقررات موضوعه،بررسی گردید.تجربه بجامانده از فعالیتهای حزبی درایران حاکی ازاین است که بعدازسال1357شمسی،احزاب به لحاظ محوریت قراردادن دین اسلام،طرداستبدادواستعمار،بارویکردی جدید وباهدف توازن قدرت واستقلال گرایی ملی ،فعال گردیدنددرذیل بیرق ولایت مطلقه فقیه،ضمن افزایش مشارکت مردم درحمایت از نظام واقدام به نیروسازی سیاسی به تقویت قدرت نرم و اقتدارملی می پردازند. لذا بخشی از یافته های این پژوهش ، می گوید که گرچه حزب، کارکردتکثرگرایانه دارد امّاازنگاه اسلام،عامل وحدت میان مسلّمین می باشد بنابراین نتیجه حاصل از این نوشتار،چنین است که حزب،یکی از عوامل مهّم وتأثیرگذارضمانت ونظارت بر حقوق وآزادیهای ملّت است وبه مردم ،کمک خواهدکردتادردفاع از آرمانهای جمهوری اسلامی ،راه درست راانتخاب کنند وباعث مشارکت حداکثری مردم درانتخاباتها وتقویت قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی می شوند.

چکیده [English]

party in Islamic Republic of Iran, party is one of the religious and national parameters of soft power, In this study, which aimed to elaborate upon the supervisory roles of party and its role in the soft power of Islamic Republic of Iran, based on library analysis approach; the views of the late Imam Khomeini and the related rules of regulations were studied, based on the Islamic standpoint. The experience gained from party’s activities in Iran shows that after the year 1979, parties put emphasis on Islam, abandon despotism and colonialism, have maintained a new approach, and have been activated with the intention of establishing a balance between national power and independence under the banner of absolute Islamic Jurisprudence; boosting people’s participation in support for the Islamic system, and shaping political forces, reinforcing soft power and national strength. Thus, part of the findings of this study notes that although party maintains a pluralist function, but in Islamic viewpoint, it is a source of unity among Muslims. Hence, it is concluded from this article that party is one of the important and influential factors in granting and supervising the rights and freedoms of nation; and will assist people to choose the right path in defending and safeguarding the ideals of Islamic Republic of Iran, while also leading to maximum participation of people in elections; enhancing social assets, and reinforcing the soft power of Islamic Republic of Iran.
